This report describes the Trading Agent Competition Supply Chain
Management Game (TAC SCM). Based on this document a game server
and agent-ware were developed in collaboration with the Swedish
Institute of Computer Science (SICS) and can be found at
http://www.sics.se/tac.
This platform was used in the 2003 Trading Agent Competition
held during IJCAI 2003, in Acapulco, Mexico.
